Return Policy

Hitachi: 15% restock fee if returned within 30 days.

Zenith: Same as Hitachi.

TCE: RCA/GE Same as Hitachi

NAP: Magnavox/Philips Same as Hitachi

MSC: Panasonic 20% restock fee if returned within 30 days. Anything

Sony: 30% restock fee within first 30 days. No returns after.

JVC: NO returns.

Pioneer: 20% restock No returns after 30 days and it must be in original package.

Remote controls: No returns on remote controls unless it is defective

All literature: (service manuals and owner’s manuals) NO returns and NO cancellations.

Cancellations on non-stock/special order pars: No returns or cancelations on out of stock or special order parts. Once the order is placed, these parts cannot be cancelled or returned.

Parts that aren't needed: If a part is not needed, you may return it within the time frame. Visit Customer Service to obtain an RMA. Provide your email address, the order# and select the Request RMA checkbox. Also complete the "Reason for RMA" checkboxes. After you are issued an RMA, follow the instructions at the bottom of this page to return it. When the item arrives back at our facility, a credit will be issued for the purchase price minus the restocking fee of the line and shipping.

Wrong parts ordered: We cannot be held responsible for wrong parts ordered by customers. We supply parts based on part numbers which are supplied when the order is placed. In other words, we ship you what you order, so please make sure you know what you are ordering before actually placing the order. Visit Customer Service to obtain an RMA. Provide your email address, the order# and select the Request RMA checkbox. Also complete the "Reason for RMA" checkboxes. After you are issued an RMA, follow the instructions at the bottom of this page to return it. Defective parts: We do not send out replacements for defective parts. We use an RMA system. If a part is defective, you must order a replacement and return the defective one for full credit. Contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number. Provide your email address, the order# and select the Request RMA checkbox. Also complete the "Reason for RMA" checkboxes. After you are issued an RMA, follow the instructions at the bottom of this page to return it. After the part arrives at our facility, it will be inspected and tested by our technicians. If it is defective, you will be issued a full credit for the purchase price and shipping. However, if the part is in working order, it will subject to the same return policy as a part that isn't needed.

Returning a part: Once you are issued an RMA, repackage the item and ship it to the address below. Include a copy of your order with the RMA number written on it. Also, Write the RMA number on the box or packaging. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA# OR THE RMA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGING WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR CREDITED.
