Shipping Policy
REPAIRS
Repaired products will be shipped the day they are repaired via the service you have selected.
PARTS
Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends. Orders received after 12:00 pm Central Time will be processed the next business day. DO NOT ORDER SOMETHING WITH 'ONE DAY SHIPPING' AND EXPECT IT TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. IT WILL SHIP BY THE SHIPPING METHOD YOU SELECT WHEN IT SHIPS AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
We do not allow local pickup. To prevent fraud, all orders must be shipped to the address on file with the credit card company.
Any major holidays will add at least one day to processing time.
Please use the Inventory Checking Tool before ordering to ensure that the item you're ordering is in stock.
When your item ships, it will be shipped via the service you selected when you do check-out. If the part is out of stock, it will be shipped by the method you choose when it comes in.
Core charges - Some of the items we sell have refundable core charges. These core charges may not be mentioned in the listings because our suppliers change their policy on cores frequently. If their supply level drops they may add a core return requirement to an item in order to retrieve the parts for refurbishment. In this instance you will be contacted to notify you of the core requirement where you will be given the opportunity to accept the core charge or cancel the order. if you decide to accept the core charge, we will refund it as long as you return the defective core within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
Oversized items - Some of the items we sell are "oversized" and although the price for shipping is calculated during checkout, our processing department may contact you to notify you that the item is oversized and an additional freight charge may be due in order to process your order. This usually happens for large parts such as large bezels and diffusion plates. if this happens, you will be given the choice of paying the additional freight charge (approximate $80.00) or canceling the order.
Out of Stock Or Special Order Items - If you order an Out of Stock or a Special Order part, we will not charge your credit card until the item ships. However, we will do an authorization at the time the order is placed. An authorization is a "hold" on the funds to make sure they are available when the actual charge is processed. We incur significant expense when ordering Out of Stock or Special Order parts. DO NOT ORDER OUT OF STOCK ITEMS IF YOU CANNOT WAIT FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. Please refer to the scenarios below when you consider ordering or cancelling:
1. If t he order has been placed but not dispatched by our suppler - The order may be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.
2. If the order has been placed and is in transit from our supplier to NextTronics - The order can be cancelled however a restocking fee will be assessed.
3. If t he order has been received by the customer - The customer may request an RMA and return the item for a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping charges.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined during checkout. Domestic rates start at $8.95 and international rates start at $18.95.
